Handles inquiries regarding fares and flights schedules of Hawaiian Airlines.
. Does bookings/reservations request of walk-in passengers and travel agents.
. Advise the agents/passengers of their options and anything that concerns their bookings with AHwaiian Airlines.
. Issues tickets and finalize/reconfirm the flights as well.
. Monitors the ticket stocks and responsible in purchasing the vouchers.
. Update travel agents regarding changes in fares and promo packages.
. Prepares sales report (twice a month)and monthly marketing reports.
. Prepares filers/rate sheets and ensure that files are always in order.
. Participates in activities such as Sales Blitz, Travel Tour Expo to help in promoting the Hawaiian Airlines.
. Performs other jobs as may be assigned. |
