CALL CENTER INSTRUCTORS / TRAINORS
Course: Call Center Training & Skills, Call Center English, Accent Training,
Customer Service, Effective Call Center Communication Skills,
With good english-speaking skills; Can make instructional handouts for students
Has call center working experience & teaching skills in English
Knowledgeable in MS Office and Internet, computer literate
•Preferably a holder of NC II or its equivalent qualification & has undergone training on Training Methodology II (TM II) – [Note: This permit is availed after taking a 1 week Training Seminar from TESDA].
•Preferably a civil service eligible (professional license issued by the PRC)
School hours are Monday-Sunday, 8am-9pm so instructors have the option to teach part/full time for morning, afternoon and/or evening classes..
