Job Responsibilities:•Training and performance coaching for Customer Retention Specialists.•Provide in-depth one on one coaching, training and follow-up to optimize customer service and retention.•Communicate changes in products, promotions, pricing, campaigns and procedures.•Monitor service calls through real time observations.•Help identify and improve deficiencies and build on strengths of individual performers.Skills Required:•Understanding of operation systems and procedures•Solid knowledge of value based retention process and script adherence.•Ability to motivate and train while holding agents accountable to client goals.•Computer proficiency; mature worth ethics and strong adherence to attendance and punctuality.
