I am renting an airconditioned room worth Php8000 only. The room has a double deck bed and a separate toilet and shower area. Cabinets are installed in the room as well. The room is big enough for two persons.
For my room mate, you'll have free internet access 24/7, free water (drinking and non-drinking water). However, for the electricity we have to share the bill each month. Visitors are allowed. No curfew.
Since the room cost Php 8000, we will be paying a monthly rent of only Php4000 each. Plus the electric bill.
The room is located near Perpetual Succour Hospital. Walking distance to Ayala, Asilo Church and Gorordo Street.
My preferred roommate:
Call Center Agents and Nursing or Medical Students/Professionals who are willing to pay Php4000 room rate plus electricity for a shared room.
