| Dear Auto racing friends,, I am an American,, former race car drvier and race driving instructor,, we now have a group here in the Philippines and we are developing a project to build an auto racing/sports complext in the metro manila area. It is planned as a .7 Kilometer concrete banked oval short track. we are developing 4 classes of cars that will initially compete in a sactioned race series,, they are, 4 cylinder stock street cars,, 4 cylinder modified street cars,, 4 cylinder owner type jeeps,, and 4 cylinder modified owner jeeps... the intent is to keep the cost of car building and competing to a minimum. The enry fee for the facility is intended to be 100p for grandstand seating and a capacity for 20,000 spectators..
