You must be Singaporean in order to help.This is about my school fee in Informatics Computer School.I made a full payment on it & want to do a refund.However the school does not allow any refund.The only way to take my school fee back I only can tranfer the school fee to someone who are keen to take courses from informatics computer school. [eg: if i pay the school SGD$1K you pay me back the SGD$1K] Not to worry this need both party to go down to the school sign a agreentment on tranfering the school fee.Everything done on spot in the school.you dont need to worry that you might get cheat.I have the receipt & everything to prove.I really hope someone can help me.If you do not understand what im trying to say you can email me @ danni1980@gmail.com I explain more detail to you.
