Responsibility
- Provide pre/post sales services to existing accounts; including quotation; RMA and other account related issues
- Maintain integrity of the order management system. Ownership of the creation and change of customers orders
- Work closely with internal parties to ensure shipments move per commits
- Act as liaison between customers and internal organisation
- Responsible for process/procedures and take ownership of programs
- Manage customers' forecast for better planning visibility and revenue management
- Interfaces with customers for business information trend
Requirement
- Knowledge of SAP preferred
- At least 2 years experience in customer service and order fulfillment
- Able to do account management
- Patient; account-oriented and able to work under pressure
- Ability to work independent to resolve complex problems
