We are looking for a confident, creative, analytical and highly-driven individual to join our dynamic team. You will conceptualize and implement strategic, sustainable and highly visible communications strategies to excite all public officers in the Public Service on upgrading of their capacities and capabilities.
You will also responsible for the re-branding and profiling of PS21. Effective channels of communications have to be leveraged upon to inculcate Public Service values in all public officers.
You will also manage and guide the design, content, production and promotion/marketing of the monthly Challenge magazine, the only key communication tool to reach out to all public officers.
Requirements
A good honours degree with at least 6 years of experience in a large organisation and have supervisory experience. Excellent communications, networking and people skills. Resourceful and able to work independently.
