Requirements:
•Degree in Business Administration or HRM preferably with minimum 5 years relevant international company experience as a HR Generalist ,or have at least 5 years of experience in a Multinational Company environment with 1,000 employee factory in one or more of the following areas: Management Development / Career Planning / HR Projects / Performance Management Systems.
•Experience with employee relations, compensation, benefits and staffing
•Experience in a start-up environment with good knowledge of local HR practices and employment legislation is desired
•Effectively command in English
•The role will suit those who are comfortable working in an unstructured environment and willing to be hands-on in HR administration
•Must be computer literate in MS Office Applications
•Results oriented with a strong customer service orientation
•A highly motivated team player with willingness in Human Resources.
