You will lead or participate in turn-key HR projects either at institution-level or cluster-level. Such projects may range from HR policy reviews, general HR process improvements, compensation and benefits, talent management, change management, implementation of new HR innovative schemes, etc.
You will be required to work with HR peers across institutions within the cluster, as well as with external stakeholders and strategic partners.
Requirements
· Bachelor’s Degree. Specialization in Human Resource will be a clear advantage, but not essential.
· At least 5 to 8 years of HR experience.
· Strong organizational ability, meticulous and accurate.
· Excellent interpersonal and facilitation skills.
· Good command of English and competency in presenting proposals in writing.
· Good knowledge of current trends and practices of Human Resource Management.
