•Responsible for a full spectrum of training management. The training management comprises of training needs analysis, the administration of SDF grant, training plan, developing and implementing in-house training program and structure, managing the OJT program, co-ordinate industrial visit and attachment from academic institutions.
•Develop & maintain company’s TNA & TCTP yearly. (training needs analysis)
•Ensure that training (internal & external) are being scheduled & conducted per TCTP.
•Develop and implement in-house training program.
•Manage employee orientation, Enrolment of external training, seminar or conference.
•Apply & monitor training grants on a timely basis.
•Update training record monthly.
•Supervise out-source cleaner. |
