JOBSCOPE •Handle daily helpdesk request •Provide PC deployment incldg IMAC (Install/Modify/Add/Change) •Software implementation •Software/Hardware troubleshoot •Network Security •Support IP Telephony implementation •Basic Network troubleshoot incld. wireless AP •Network printing admin & troubleshoot •Ricoh Scan Router admin & troubleshoot •Update Helpdesk incident ticket to SAP •Provide IT general request/technical support thru phone •Provide value-added services for new IT technology to maintain automation technology
REQUIREMENTS •2-5 yrs equivalent experience in Helpdesk support •Degree in Computer Science or EEE or Diploma in Computer Engineering or Electronics Communications Engineering •Advantages: - Cisco CCNA certified - Cisco IP phone configuration experience
