Position 1:
Responsibilities
•Diploma in any discipline Be involved in all Training functions for the company
•Work with outsource vendors & assist in coordinating training courses
•Assess training needs and evaluate training effectiveness
•Assist in Performance Appraisal exercise, Job Evaluation exercise, and any other C&B initiatives
•Compile and generate HRD statistical reports
Requirements
•Diploma in any discipline
•1-2 years of relevant experience in Training and Development
•Strong interpersonal and communication skills
•Singaporeans or Permanent Resident
