HR functions. Main responsibilities include strategic manpower planning and budgeting, recruitment, compensation and benefits administration, performance management and employee relations. You will also assist in reviewing and enhancing HR processes. You may also be given opportunities to drive HR related projects and initiatives.
Requirements:
Degree qualified with preferably a post-graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management and have at least 5 years of relevant experience. Applicant with supervisory experience will have an advantage.
High-energy individual with ability to work independently and across different groups and levels of people.
Possess excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
