You will assist the Manager, Operations in all staff-related training and development activities so as to ensure maximization of all staff’s work potential resulting in the efficient use of manpower resources within Healthcare Group Diagnostics.
The Requirements
Bachelor degree from a recognised university with specialization in Human Resource Department.
At least 3 years of relevant working experience.
Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Possess good analytical skills and decision making capability for problem solving.
Confident, resilient, result-oriented and a team player.
Able to handle multiple projects concurrently and work independently within minimum supervision.
Working location: Commonwealth
