•Diploma/ Bsc in Building & Real Estate Mgt/ Building Services or Equivalent
•2-5yrs of related experience
•Good oral & Written communication skills

SCOPE OF DUTIES & RESPONSIBLITIES:
•Main role to ensure and enforce Quality Control for Projects
•Able to review Materials/ Shop Drawings and Detailings/ Method Statements for Quality Standards and Good Workmanship
•Responsible for Completed Units/ Properties are Customers Ready
•In charge of handing over of Units/ Properties
•Responsible for all Customer Feedbacks and follow up actions for assigned Properties/ Projects
•Conduct After-Sales Customer Services and collage Data to liaise with Inter-Department and Contractors on QAQC’s Requirements.
