JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: *Overseeing the day-to-day activities related to the construction of large interiors projects * Ensure that construction work is carried out in conformance with plans and specifications * Responsible for construction site activities & the coordination of the work of all trades on a construction site* Manage the day-to-day implementation of Safety system & liaise with the Safety Officer* Manage workmen at sites JOB REQUIREMENTS: * Degree / Diploma in Construction related discipline or other similar qualifications * Experience in coordination of architectural, mechanical & electrical work * Knowledge of construction planning, scheduling & construction administration activities * Knowledge of statutory regulation & code of practice * Excellent project & people management skills * Computer literate * Good command of English.
