Job Duties:
* Taking off quantities, sourcing subcontractors and suppliers, pricing and preparation of tender submission
* Tendering and contract documents administration, Preparing BQ, Cost Estimate, Cost Control and Budgeting
* Preparing monthly progress claim, subcontractors payment certification. VO evaluation and project final accounts
* Familiar with Contract and Law and any legal requirement
Requirements:
# Degree/Diploma in QS/Building Construction/Architectural/Civil Engineering or its equivalent
# Min 5 years relevant experience
# 5days 9am-6pm
# Location near Tanah Merah MRT
# Salary $3k-$3.5k
