Energy saving - Only 5700 Btu and at 21degrees, its cool air can be felt when switched on and in 10 minutes the whole room is noticeably cooler!
Consistently maintained. The last chemical wash was just 4, 5 months ago.
About 3 years old. Selling because we're switching over to a split unit.
No water issues. No noise issues either except for the consistently low and normal humming when in use.
