Dulcimer Banjo, 3-String and Bowl Shaped. Beautifully crafted with a solid spruce soundboard and a solid sycamore neck, head stock and body. There is an attractive carved sound hole with beautiful laser cut design. The 9 frets are diatonic like the dulcimer. TUNING: Three strings, with guitar tuning pegs, are tuned D-A-d or D-A-a. Scale length 17" (430mm). Overall length 25.75" ( 655 mm); Greatest width near base is 4.5" (110mm).Overall depth, including bridge is 1.75"(44mm) Nut width 1 inch (25mm). String gages are: Base .022 wound steel, Middle:.014 and Treble: .010 plain steel. Product weight 0.5 pounds.
