Comfortable up to 6 people, with a quiet garden-side balcony. Two bedrooms, a living room with a double sofa-bed, a dining room with table and 6 chairs, separated kitchen with table and 4 chairs.
No noise, no dust, but the downtown is very close. The neighbouring area is famous for its restaurants.
Main tourist sights are within reach by the nearby excellent public transportation facilities or by foot. The Lukács Thermal Bath is 4 tram stops away or 15 min. by foot.
