This picture was done using oil pastel on paper. I was inspired by this picture one night when I couldnt sleep. Therefore I named it "Insomnia." I just pictured this mans face in my mind and I knew I had to put it on paper. It just gives you that feeling of tearing your hair out even when you look at it. I always love using vibrant colors and in this one there was no other way to get the point across without using vibrant colors. Even down to the skeleton-like fingers and the look in his eyes makes you anxious with his terror. My signature was placed on the left hand bottom corner of this picture in yellow oil pastel
