My husband and I are fixing to be empty nesters and want to live aboard. We are looking for a 30'-50' sail boat. We can do repairs and we would like to live in the Kemah Texas area. We will actually be retiring in about 20 years or so and would like to do more sailing, scuba diving, snorkling and FISHING before we are to old to do it.
