Statewide Consultants is proudly looking for Call Center agents to join their growing team. SWC Agents will take inbound/outbound calls, in a friendly, polite, energetic manner. SWC Work from Home agents should be self -starters and motivated to manage their own time.
No Cold Calling . . . No Selling
1- Must have Work from Home experience
2- Must have an outstanding personality!
*Must have the ability to effectively communicate through active listening
Requirements:
• Previous Telemarketing experience
• Ability to read scripts effectively
• Speak Fluent English
• Desire to succeed
Technical Requirements:
• A wired Internet connection (Wireless or DSL will not work)
• A USB headset
• A Computer with a Windows Operating System (Window's 8 is not compatible yet)
• Skype
• A Quiet work area
Training and Team Support will be provided.
