Hi, im looking for some land on a farm suitable for my cabin. Wanting long term and to do so by a lease to buy/own opportunity. Im situated in Nora Creina SA. What id like is to use the cabin as collateral valued at $13000 + $15000 on extention and fittings ($28000). By using the cabin as collateral, I hope to achieve the moving costs of this be covered by the lessor. This would be a nessasary option so as should a termination of contract occur prior to weekly payment of agreed amount towards full total, or an ongoing tally depending on conditions associated with the sale, the contract may be surrendered on either behalf as the fee will be forfeited as it shan't be included by sub-tally of the price associated with the contract therefor unbinding the contract by default and at your expence unless a termination fee equal is applied. However the fee shall be added should the amount require but be less the the cabins value in full total.
