we are looking to rent on rural property a 3 bedroom house with garage or carport, with some sheddind on approximately 5 to 20 acres for long term lease, preferably with electricity on the property, rent up to $220 - $260 per week. The property is for myself and female friend (no children) pet cat only, we wish to rent a house that is sort of isolated from other farm properties, or at least within 1/2 to 1 kilometer of other properties. We are very quiet, very clean and have never been behind on our rent. Can supply excellent references. We need a property to move into by the 1 st December or preferably sooner. We are not very particular of what region we rent or acreage size, but insist on renting a reasonable clean property.
