I have a new 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom house in Pearce that I am looking to rent a room out. The room is a master Bedroom with Ensuite and walk in robe and can be furnished or you can bring your own. The house is 100% furnished so you don't need any furniture and you would have full use of all the white goods. There is a cleaner that keeps the house clean but you would still need to keep the place tidy I'm builder and I work long hours and 6 days a week so to be honest I'm not actually home that often.
