We a currently working over seas but wish to buy a remote block of land in the SE Tas area to settle on....as we are over seas currently bank loans are not an option therefore would need vendor terms but be willing to pay a decent deposit and amount in entirety within 20 months therein (contract ends then)  30K AUD or below...but remember we don't expect a cleared,even area for that...serious inquiry for anyone wishing to sell off a small unused area of bush.
