As an auto damage claims payment officer, you'll have a key role on our claims team. You will be
responsible for managing, coordinating, and making critical decisions regarding the payment process for
our customers. Serving as the Company's representative with our customers, you'll also work closely with
body shops and others to negotiate repair pricing and assess liability and make payments once liability is
agreed. You will also liaise with Customers to negotiate and agree on liability due and make payments as
at when due. This role will also provide the opportunity to build your leadership, negotiation and conflict
management skills as you direct the repair process from beginning to end, negotiates and make
payments to both body shops and customers.
