The JobInitially oversee the monthly S&OP planning cycle across major categories within Greater China and eventually the Asia SBU and be responsible for the reporting and analysis within the region. Lead the Sales and Operations Planning process (S&OP) working proactively with sales, marketing and product supply in order to fulfill customers’ demands with superior customer service. Responsible in facilitating planning process across multiple functions and stakeholders ensuring collaboration and alignment in Supply/Demand planning.The RequirementQualified Candidate must have a University Degree in Business and Engineering or related discipline. Solid experience in overall supply chain management, especially in demand and supply planning process.
