Continuously sourcing for new materials, vendors and locations to improve product quality and price value ratio of all product lines. Main focus in fabrics sourcing/purchasing and also involves in accessories and trims purchase/sourcing. Negotiate and finalize all product and buying related. Monitor and evaluates all testing requirements for fabrics. Ensure vendor performance: on time, on quality and on cost. Maintain and update performance quality standards. Entrepreneurship continuous sourcing for new opportunities.
