Sales Manager (International Properties)Responsibilities:-Plan and execute sales & marketing campaigns for property sales projects.-Supervise the sales operation, prepare marketing collaterals, promotion events, etc.-Work closely withsales team and execute sales plan to achieve the sales target-Work with strategic partners and agencies for advertising and channel marketing Requirements:-Station in China (5-days)-Degree in Marketing, Real Estate or related disciplines-3 years' experience in sales preferably with property projects-Proficiency in both spoken and written Chinese and English;-Team player, self-motivated and able to work under pressure-Familiar with overseas property markets, especially USA and Canada-Frequent travel We offer competitive remuneration package to suitable candidates.
