Monitor, manage, and carryout all development for the company to meet customer technical details and requirements. Manage the sample room team to ensure deadlines for developments are completed on-time. Evaluate customer development requests and work collaboratively with team members to foresee and troubleshoot potential bulk production issues. Work collaboratively with IE department to provide suggestions on cost reduction and efficiency improvement regarding new developments or current productsQualified candidate must have Diploma or Undergraduate degree in textiles/clothing/manufacturing or related discipline Minimum of 10 years experience in the garment manufacturing field. Minimum of five (5) years experience in managing the technical department of a garment factory facility. Excellent knowledge in the construction and fit of technical knit products. Experience with industrial engineering, GST (GSD) systems, Lean production systems.
