Assist in leading and managing the factory and all of its operations. Create and implement on going improvement plans. Direct and carryout factory standard operating procedures and policies. Coordinate and guide all departments to ensure on-time delivery of goods while maintaining the highest level of product quality. Qualified candidate must have Diploma or Undergraduate degree in textiles/clothing/manufacturing or related discipline Minimum of ten (10) years experience in the garment manufacturing field. Minimum of five (5) years experience in managing a small-medium sized offshore facility. Excellent knowledge of technical knit products. Familiarity with production planning, production management, and quality control. Experience with industrial engineering, GST (GSD) systems, Lean production systems.
