Conduct presentation to customer. Involve QA inspection schedule/planning and decision making. Conduct factory audits to ensure that fact. Provide QA advice on complex product items to factory before and during the manufacturing process. Responsible for monitoring the quality management and quality operations. Review and enhance the efficiency and standards of workflow and procedures. Ensure to meet the quality standards and comply with the best practices of SOP. Provide technical advices, identify product quality risk and develop solution plans.
