• Maximize Corporate revenue through closely coordination on customer backlogs & supply; • Manage the inventory level & build priorities in Contract Manufacturer (CM), discuss supply plan alternatives with CM, Marketing and Demand Management departments to meet customer service goals; • Monitor orders commitments in Contract Manufacturer (CM) & work directly with the CM and related parties to resolve any CM push outs; • Component material management; • Monitor closely on-time delivery to customer, take corrective action to improve service level to customer; • Ensure customer service representatives & management are aware of issues affecting customer order & product build schedules; • Assure data accuracy in various systems; • Make proposals to improve working procedures and if necessary the systems in order to improve efficiency and improve service levels to the customers; • Participate in various system enhancement & company integration projects.
