• To ensure that all issues are responded to and closed within a satisfactory period of time and if necessary follow up with resorts and Customer Resolution in order to resolve issue • Assist customers in vacation planning and worldwide hotels reservations through the system • Assist in resolving customer care issues and handle customer enquiries. • Works cross functionally with other departments to ensure business needs are addressed and customer satisfaction achieved.
