Responsibilities :` Generate Purchase Orders, expedite stock and responsible to follow up with suppliers on all outstanding purchases to ensure delivery in a timely manner.` Work with material planner on raw material purchases / issues.` Follow-up with supplier to ensure the CAR is replied and close within the stipulated period.` Forward claims to supplier if there is any demurrage or storage charges due to delay in the documents on the part of the supplier.` Liaises with suppliers for returned goods.` Act as ISO document controller for the department.` Perform other clerical duties as and when required (e.g. maintain record, filing, typing, fax, data updating, etc) Requirements:` Minimum SPM with 2 years purchasing experience in manufacturing environment.` Good negotiation skills and follow-up Kindly update your resume and send to: fionatay@orgresources.com.myOR call me at 06-3361851 (Fiona) for more info!
