Job Description:• Handle incoming calls using standard processes to respond to enquiry / complaints raised by customers.• Apply proper phone etiquette to manage various customer situations and achieve first call resolutions where necessary.• Perform after call work (administration work) in accordance to the set procedures with zero defect. Job Requirements: •Bachelor’s Degree in any field without working experience or working less than 1 year in service field.•SPM / Diploma with a minimum of 1 year working experience in service field.•Excellent communication skills of English and Bahasa Malaysia.•Able to work with a minimum supervision, meticulous, vibrant and energetic.•Full professional training will be provided for successful applicants.•Willing to work in Klang Valley.
