Job Description:• Handle incoming calls using standard processes to respond to enquiry / complaints raised by customers.• Apply proper phone etiquette to manage various customer situations and achieve first call resolutions where necessary.• Perform after call work (administration work) in accordance to the set procedures with zero defect. Job Requirements: • SPM / Diploma or Degree in any field with 1 year experience in Customer Service/Call Centre field.• Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.• Able to converse in Mandarin would be an added advantage.• Pleasant personality with good customer service skills.• MUST be able to work on 24/7 rotating shifts, during weekends and public holidays.• Fresh Graduates (Degree) without experience are encouraged to apply.• Willing to work in Klang Valley and only open to MALAYSIAN citizen.
