Job Descriptions:•To handle incoming calls professionally, assess customer's inquiries or complaints and fast decision making.•Apply proper phone etiquette to manage various customer situations and achieve first call resolutions where necessary.•Perform all procedures accurately, including following documented call flows, work processes, data entry requirements and complaint management processes.Requirements:•SPM with minimum 2 years working experience in Customer Service field.•Fresh Diploma or Degree holder in any field are encouraged to apply.•Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.•MUST be able to work on a rotating shift, weekends and Public Holidays.•Extensive job training will be provided for successful candidates.•Willing to work at Selangor or Kuala Lumpur.Interested candidates please call Ms Kiran at 03-21612121 or e-mail at email@example.com for an immediate interview appointment.
