Call Center JOB OFFERED:
Job Descriptions:To handle incoming calls professionally, assess customer's inquiries or complaints and fast decision making.-Apply proper phone etiquette to manage various customer situations and achieve first call resolutions where necessary.-Perform all procedures accurately, including following documented call flows, work processes, data entry requirements and complaint management processes.-Provide top notch customer support that leaves the customer happy and satisfied. Requirements:-SPM with minimum of 1 year working experience in Customer Service field. Fresh Diploma or Degree holder in any field are encouraged to apply.-Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.-MUST be able to work on a rotating shift, weekends and Public Holidays.-Willing to work at Selangor or Kuala Lumpur.
