Job Descriptions:•To assist guests in making reservations; provide customer service and assist with problem resolution in a professional manner.•Identify the guests background by adjusting selling skills to generate new sales opportunities.•Perform after call work in accordance to the set procedures with zero defect. Job Requirements:•SPM / Diploma / Degree in any field with 1 year experience in Customer Service/Call Centre field.•Excellent communication skills in English, both spoken & written.•Pleasant interactive personality with good customer service skills.•MUST be able to work on shifts, weekends and Public Holidays.•Fresh Graduates without working experience are encouraged to apply.•Willing to work within Kuala Lumpur and only open to MALAYSIAN citizen only.
