Responsibilities:•Liaising with local and foreign clients•Managing the prosecution of trademark and industrial design applications•Drafting search reports•Drafting submissions/arguments in response to office actions•Providing consultancy services to clients in Intellectual Property rights, in particular on trademark, trade secrets, copyright and industrial design rights. Requirements: •Bachelor's Degree in either Law, History, English Literature or Psychology, with above average academic results from reputable universities•Fluent in written and spoken English (essential)•A minimum of three (3) years of relevant experience in IP field is essential Benefits:•Medical Insurance•Overseas Company Trips•Quarterly Events
