Job Responsibilities:-To assist ICT Manager to manage the overall department to ensure seamless support to all user from both HQ & outlets on ICT matters.-To perform ad-hoc and other duties as assigned. Job Requirements:-Possess at least Diploma/ Degree in Computer Science/ Information Technology or equivalent with minimum 5 years related working experience.-Well versed in setting up and maintenance of network which includes firewall/ WIFI etc.-Understand principle of network telecommunication system LAN/ WAN/ VPN & able to troubleshoot to ensure network stability.-Knowledge & experience in POS system will be an added advantage.-Proficient in written and speak in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia.-Familiar with Microsoft, SQL, and server.-Good interpersonal skill with pleasant personality.-Possess own transport.
