An engineering degree (Architectural studies/C&S or M&E) is an expectation with at least 8-10 years of construction-based experience in managing high-rise and high-valued projects.Track record in delivering projects within timelines demonstrated in past employment(s) will receive favourable consideration.Computer literacy with knowledge in MS Project, MS Office and AutoCAD.Strong analytical skills and able to size construction issues and recommend resolutions.Good interpersonal and communications (both verbal and written) skills are primary attributesAble to liaise with relevant authorities and consultants and respond to request and instruction.Able to converse in Chinese is added advantagesGood team leader and person of integrity and professionalism.Able to cope well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
