Minimum Advance/Higher/Post Graduate Diploma in IT/ Property Development/ Accounting/ Marketing or equivalent with high interpersonal skill.At least 1 – 2 year(s) working experience in property/admin/leasing with an accounting background.Handle administration tasks and any other work as allocated from time to time.Able to assist in marketing and promotional activities.Computer literacy is considered an important skill to possess.Strong communication, customer service and organizational skills and able to write and converse in English & Bahasa Malaysia/Chinese.
