•Minimum Advance/Higher/Post Graduate Diploma
in IT/ Property Development/ Accounting/ Marketing or
equivalent with high interpersonal skill.
•At least 1 – 2 year(s) working experience in
property/admin/leasing with an accounting background.
•Handle administration tasks and any other work as
allocated from time to time.
•Able to assist in marketing and promotional
•Able to assist in property / facility maintenance
•Computer literacy is considered an important skill
•Strong communication, customer service and
organizational skills and able to write and converse in
English & Bahasa Malaysia
