•HNC, or BSc Degree in Engineering•Minimum 20 years experience in offshore oil & gas engineering/ procurement/ construction project•Extensive experience in offshore brown field modifications, subsea pipelines installation, tie-in and testing.•Good experience in field development concept definition, feasibility studies, and conceptual/ detailed engineering•Self motivating and capable of working as part of a team, sometimes in a challenging environment.•Excellent written and verbal communication skills with extensive command of English.•Fully experienced in multi-lingual environments with extensive overseas experience.•Successful day-to-day communications with Company and Contractor site personnel.•Experience in management of and coordination with Construction Contractors.•Working experience in Vietnam or other SEA countries.
