Small area of land with reasonable access. (Minimum 10 x 15m)To park a 40ft container, horse float & truck, to set up as a part - time (hobby) workshop & storage, with the intention of eventually also building a camper - van / motor home on the back of the truck.- Northern Dunedin somewhere. (Prefer within 30 odd km's of Port Chalmers.)- Short term nearby access to electricity would be great, but not essential,as I am in the process of setting up a solar system & wind turbine on my container.(By nearby I mean I have a 120 odd metre cable)- With possibility of living out of my truck part or a lot of the time on the site eventually?(when not staying with my daughter & her mother, & possibly having my daughter stay sometimes?)- Not all listed aspects essential, anything considered.
